Better use of your time
I am all about being productive when training.
Is a 3minute rest period productive or training small muscle groups for hours on end?
The simple answer is no.
On my plans you will get way more out of training in a fraction of the time.
Lose weight without 'dieting'
Never use the word dieting.
Dieting cannot be maintained and has no longevitiy.
Instead stick to a structured meal plan that allows you to carry on enjoying life and balancing your meals out better.
